This Return and Refund Policy describes how Raven Writings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating shop.jjmercury.com (the "Site"), handles returns, refunds, and cancellations. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Digital Products (eBooks and Audiobooks)
Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a download link has been delivered, the file cannot be retrieved or returned.
We make one exception. If you are unable to download or access your file, contact us at jjmercury@jjmercury.com and we will make it right. This includes broken links, files that will not open, and delivery emails that never arrived. We would rather fix the problem than leave you without the book you paid for.
Digital orders are delivered by email through BookFunnel, usually within a few minutes of purchase. If your download has not arrived within an hour, check your spam and promotions folders before contacting us.
Physical Products (Paperback and Hardcover)
Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.
Contact us before returning any item. Unapproved returns may be refused. Email jjmercury@jjmercury.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required for all returns.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be in resalable condition.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at jjmercury@jjmercury.com with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged copy.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact the carrier directly to open an inquiry. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages a carrier has confirmed as delivered.
Order Cancellations
Digital orders are fulfilled immediately and cannot be cancelled after purchase.
Physical orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return process described above.
International Orders
International orders are printed and shipped by our print partner and cannot be cancelled once production has begun. International returns are handled case by case. Contact us before shipping anything back.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above.
